As you enter The Makeup Show Convention (LA 2013), the first booth you see is INGLOT. I purchased an eyeshadow palette last year and lipgloss.

Here's my purchase this year.
I only bought one thing from INGLOT, a blush. My goal this year at The Makeup Show is to only purchase items I do not own. Yes, I own a lot of blushes but they're all shimmery in some ways. I wanted something matte.
Product Review: INGLOT AMC Face Blush in #55

Where to purchase: any stores that sell INGLOT and inglotusa.com
Price: $14 for 0.14 oz/ 4 g

Made in Poland

Ingredients:
Thoughts: While I was looking at the blushes, I ended up chatting with another customer. She told me how great the blushes are and she only picked the shimmery/glittery ones. Since I own so many shimmery/glittery blushes, I really wanted a matte one. This was the one that stood out to me. It seems the most matte and down to earth shade.

It's a simple packaging which I don't mind. You cannot tell from the pictures but the lid is very thick, strong, and very sturdy. I cannot see the blush crack in any way even if you drop it. I don't want to test that theory out. :X It's an ideal blush that you can travel with. I also like that when you close the lid, it makes a clicking sound.
Here's how the blush looks when you open the lid.
A closer look at the blush.
A swatch of the blush. I wish the website had a detail description on the color but unfortunately, they do not. In my opinion, it's a mauve color blush. There's no sparkle, glitters, or any shimmery aspect. It's just a simple matte color.
Here's a picture of me wearing the blush.

Now for my overall opinion... The blush is very silky and smooth. The feel kind of reminds me of Rock & Republic blushes. I just tested it out and I have to say INGLOT is a lot smoother. It really feels like powder! It's also very easy to apply on your cheeks. You don't need to do much with your brush. It picks up easily and applies smoothly onto the skin. Since it's so smooth and powdery, there are some loose powder in the container. It's not much but you do see some. The most important thing is how long it lasted. After 12 hours, I still noticed the blush on my cheeks. It's definitely not guaranteed if you have oily skin, but it's great for normal to dry skin girls. I love how long this blush lasted on me!

Pros:
* Variety of blush colors.
* Matte.
* Sturdy packaging.
* Travel-friendly.
* Clicking noise when you close the lid.
* No scent.
* Brush picks up easily.
* Applies smoothly.
* Lasts 12 hours or more on dry skin.

Cons:
* Hard to find in stores.
* Cannot test out before purchasing online.
* Leaves loose powder in the container.

Would repurchase: Yes!
